Kirsty asked us to produce an identity and appointment cards for her small nail and beauty studio. In order to help distinguish her within a saturated and highly competitive market, we chose to steer clear of the predictable scripts and over embellishment, opting instead for a simple, bold typeface and some rather nice foil blocked cards.
The business cards and appointment cards are duplexed using a variety of Colourplan stocks. The application of a pearlescent foil gives the cards a tactile, premium feel and creates the impression of a carefully applied varnish. This considered approach to print finishes and materials, communicates beauty and attention to detail in exactly the right tone of voice for Kirsty’s studio.
Each time we run the stationery we select an appropriate Colourplan stock from the GF Smith range, gradually extending the existing colour palette.
