As part of their brand overview, Action for Global Health (AfGH) approached us to redesign their main report materials in order to communicate effectively, with a more positive and progressive outlook.
A Flexible Approach
The client was keen to develop a flexible template format which could be distributed to their international partners for reproduction across multiple languages, whilst establishing a stronger, more cohesive visual presence that could be rolled out across all of their subsequent communication materials.
A New Report Format
Whilst we weren't in a position to undertake a complete brand overhaul, we were given the autonomy to considerably develop and refine their existing visual identity. Our principle objective was to take what is often complex, factual information and inject a greater degree of accessibility and impact. Working with some of AfGH's existing visual assets, along with a variety of newly introduced and refined elements, we created a revitalised report template and an individual publication that presents information in a much more clear and engaging way, allowing readers to digest information on different levels and enticing them to turn to the next page.
One of the key features of the report is the use of a variety of stylised 'infographics'. These were developed in order to help inject a greater degree of visual interest throughout the document, whilst disseminating key information in an engaging and accessible format. Since high quality photography was not available to support the narrative, the use of infographics became an invaluable tool, providing readers with a rich vein of immediate "at a glance" information.
